The CS praised AK’s efforts in reclaiming Kenya’s athletic dominance, attributing recent successes to youth training programs. AK President Jack Tuwei expressed gratitude for the government’s backing of the 2029 World Championships bid, calling it a potential "historic milestone" for Kenya.
