A man has been charged with murder after a woman was found critically injured near Christchurch Airport this morning and later died from her injuries. Emergency services were called to an address on Orchard Road shortly before 6.50am today. A woman was found critically injured and died a short time later. Later today police charged a 42-year-old man with the woman's murder. "The scene examination at an address on Orchard Road is expected to be completed today".
