Patients allege that not only do doctors little to zero time to properly constult with their patients but they also have to use the floor of the hospital as a bed because there is only 50 beds available at the hospital. Public Works Department (PWD) Executive Engineer Md Abul Hossain addressed the patients concerns, saying:“The new building will be handed over to the hospital authority as soon as the finishing work is completed.”
