On the occasion, Ms. Sujatha said that Member of Parliament K. Kavitha and MLA B. Ganesh Gupta have been making strenuous efforts to develop the city. The municipal staff including the corporators have been working in a planned manner for development, she said and thanked the residents for their cooperation. Town planning, engineering, public health and administrative departments of the civic body extended their full support to the revenue staff in realising taxes by almost hundred per cent, she said. The NMC would never forget the services of the staff and honour them in the same manner every year.
