These ladies are members of the UK's most extreme all-female running club. And they want to get more women involved in a bid to tackle 'female guilt' through the amazing feat of endurance running. Founded by 37-year-old Allie Bailey, a freelance marketing manager from Somerset, female First hopes to inspire more women to take part.
