Mumbai: Portion of foot over bridge collapses on train at Currey Road StationA portion of a foot over bridge at Mumbai’s Currey Road Station collapsed on a local train while it had halted at the station. No casualty has been reported in the mishap. The incident took place during the construction of the foot over bridge when a portion of the piling fell onto the train. However, train services on the Central Railway line were affected for a while due to the incident. Few months ago 23 people were killed in a horrific stampede that took place at a bridge on Elphinstone Road Station on September 29.
