Braving the summer heat, hundreds of voters from the Mumbai North constituency stood in long serpentine queues for more than an hour to exercise their ballot. The Mumbai North constituency covers Charkop, Borivali, Malad, Poisar, IC Colony, Borivali and Malvani. The voting percentage in Mumbai North constituency was 59.32 per cent this time. Ditto at Shri Krishna Nagar, Borivali East and IC Colony. The voters and polling staff had a harrowing experience at Kendriya Vidyalaya School, INS Hamla, Malad because there was no electricity for several hours.
