By Samiullah Khan | Posted 3 hoursIt seems like a junior engineer of the P/North ward of the BMC prefers being fashionably late. Gaikwad asked Shinde to submit a fine of Rs 5,000 and give Keny information, both by March 16, 2016. The ward officer heard the matter and slammed Shinde for delaying the reply while asking him to respond soon. But since delaying matters appears to be his strongest suit, Shinde only gave Keny the information on deadline. After failing to reply to an RTI plea filed by activist Yogesh Keny on time, Kuber Shinde, the engineer, failed to stick to the deadline for submitting the fine of Rs 5,000 too.
