Rachel Cardy Gregson, from Upton on the Wirral, took her 18-month-old son Rafferty to Arrowe Park Hospital on Friday but said they haven’t had air conditioning on the ward since he was admitted. The thermometer has been flashing red which means that the room temperature is outside the recommended guidelines of 16C to 20C, according to Rachel.
