Meanwhile, a car has broken down near Mangere Bridge on the northbound lanes on the South Western motorway. It is adding to a nightmare morning for city-bound commuters, who now face a 65-minute drive from Greville Rd to Fanshawe St.An earlier crash just north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge has now been cleared. Lane three is blocked and motorists are urged to drive carefully.
