Questions have been raised as to whether the formation of the National Super Alliance (NASA) was based on the ethnic considerations of its five co-principals. According to critics, the presence of Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula is to ensure Luyha votes go into one basket with Raila Odinga expected to amass support from the Luo and wider Nyanza region. However speaking during an interview last night on KTN News, ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi cleared the air concerning these allegations.
