St Stephen's Church plant sale convenor Murray Facer hopes the annual event raised about $3000 to support the church, on Saturday. A highlight on the calendar of many Timaru plant lovers, the St Stephen’s Church plant sale, saw people lining up for the opening. Esther Ashby-Coventry/Stuff Natives, succulents, exotics and herbs on offer were all on offer at the sale. Sale convenor Murray Facer said he was surprised at the number of people waiting before the doors opened.
