According to initial reports, a crane, being used in the construction of a high-speed rail bridge, fell across the train tracks, blocking the path. An approaching passenger train collided with the collapsed crane and derailed, leading to additional construction materials falling onto the train. The section of the rail bridge construction of Thai-Chinese High-Speed Railway (HSR) project in Nakhon Ratchasima, where a crane fell across the train track on Wednesday morning.
