TOM CRUISE reprises his role as the introvert Jack Reacher in Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. Originally, Cruise played a former military police investigator in 2012’s Jack Reacher which saw his character investigating a case that involved a trained military sniper who shot five seemingly random victims. While Cruise’s action stunts are impressive, it’s nothing we haven’t seen before in countless action films. Before he sees Turner, Reacher pays her military lawyer a visit. Despite the impressive stunts, Cruise doesn’t quite stand out in this film.
