Movie Review: InfernoSony Pictures Entertainment Inferno hits New Zealand cinemas on October 13. Inferno is neither as stupidly entertaining as Angels, nor as sporadically spectacular as Da Vinci. In Da Vinci it was the delightfully believable news that Audrey Tatou was a direct descendent of the Lord God Almighty. In Angels and Demons, err, actually, I can't remember exactly what happened at the end of Angels and Demons. Played absolutely straight, or without the commitment and mega-wattage star power that Hanks lends this film, Inferno could have been straight-to-the-sale-bin dreadful.
