Many people were waiting to lay funeral flowers at a Royal Crematorium replica at the Royal Plaza at 4pm when it began raining heavily. The bureau announced on its Facebook wall that mourners could take a shelter inside its command buildings and use the rest rooms on the first and second floor while they were waiting for the rain to stop.
