Walsall Council’s actions appear to have been firmly backed by members of the public who have slammed the selfish behaviour of the car owner, reported Birmingham Live. Now the photo of the car blocking the road has been shared by the council and a spokesman for the council said that the job will now cost more money. "We would like to thank the residents of Lysways Street who did understand the need to temporarily park elsewhere for their cooperation." Many people have reacted angrily and feel that the council should have taken action against the owner of the car. Kimmy Bee added: "Should have towed the car away, fined the owner and the people he visited and put on extra costs for time-wasting and resources."
