(File photo)A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a car carrying a bridal party arriving at a wedding. The ceremony at St Cuthbert’s Church in Governors Bay, Christchurch, went ahead despite the crash outside the venue, which happened about 3.55pm on Saturday. The motorcyclist, Joe Broughan, died at the scene of the crash on Governors Bay Teddington Rd between Allandale and Church lanes. Just before 6pm on Saturday, a person died when a car crashed and rolled just north of Auckland. One person died after being trapped in the wreckage of a car that collided with another car on Cross St, near Hinau St, Castlecliff.
