A man is dead after a head on collision between a motorcycle and a car on Wednesday evening, police say. Emergency crews received a call for the collision in the Mt Pleasant and Carstowe Rds. Witnesses told police that the motorcyclist was not moving and citizens were attempting CPR while paramedics arrived. A male motorcyclist in his 40s was then rushed to the trauma centre in life-threatening condition where he succumbed to his injuries, paramedics said. There are no further details surrounding the collision.
