(Google Maps)A motorcyclist who ended up in Palmerston North Hospital after a crash had collided with a police car. The crash happened about 7.20am on Wednesday on the corner of Napier Rd and Te Mati Rd, a police spokeswoman said. Central District road policing manager Inspector Brett Calkin said the crash involved a police car. The crash was under investigation and Calkin said it had been reported to the Independent Police Conduct Authority so they can also do an investigation.
