A motorcyclist has been airlifted to a trauma centre in critical condition after a collision in the Bovaird Drive and Great Lakes Drive area in Brampton, Peel paramedics say. Superintendent Steve Walker told CBC News that Peel Regional Paramedics Services called in Ornge air ambulance to rendezvous with them at the scene just before 8 p.m. Sunday. Peel police tweeted that the incident is a multi-vehicle collision and that the major collisions bureau will be investigating. The intersection is closed for the investigation.
