Motorcycle riding banned in Bannu
Decision comes days after an IED attack in Mir Ali town of North WaziristanAuthorities in Frontier Region Bannu have imposed a ban on motorcycle riding for a month due to security concerns. The ban has been imposed according to Section 144 (6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), Express News reported. A military vehicle was carrying three potential recruits when it was targeted earlier this week. The improvised explosive device was fitted to a motorcycle parked at a roadside. It was remotely detonated when the military vehicle drove past.
