MANILA, Philippines — A motorcycle rider was killed after a bus ran over him along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City early Monday morning. According to a report from the Quezon City Police District, a southbound bus hit and ran over victim Fitch Burch Lado Dela Cruz, 32, at 6:15 a.m. ADVERTISEMENTPolice said they have yet to determine the name of the bus driver as he immediately left the scene of the incident.
