A Vaughan man is facing speeding and dangerous driving charges after police in Richmond Hill say they clocked a motorcycle travelling at 197 km/h Sunday – 117 km/h over the posted speed limit. Ryan Zohrabkhalaj, 21, was charged with dangerous driving, stunt driving and speeding. The motorcycle was impounded for seven days and Zohrabkhalaj’s licence has been suspended, police said.
