But leaked images of a new Motorola device have surfaced online that is being called the Moto X 2017 by it uploader. Motorola launched the Moto Z back in October and a cheaper Moto Z Play the next month. Despite being heavier and having a mid-range chipset and lower resolution on its display, Moto Z Play supports the Moto mods. The leaked image of Moto X (2017) shows it has the same unibody design with a circular imposing camera bump at the back. But the magnetic strip is missing at the back, making it a Moto Z without the Moto Mods support.
