Sadly, the list didn't include some of the recently announced phones like Moto G4, Moto G4 Plus, G4 Play, Moto E4, and also E4 Plus. But, there are no words if other G4 series phones like the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Play will get the new software update, probably it will not. This means, that the Moto G4 and G4 Play users will never get Oreo update and will be stuck to Android Nougat. The post didn't mention any details about Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus anywhere, which means that these two phones will not get Android Oreo's sweetness. The Motorola phones that will get the Oreo update include: Moto Z, Moto Z Droid, Moto Z Force Droid, Moto Z Play, Moto Z Play Droid, Moto Z2 Play, Moto Z2 Force Edition, Moto X4, Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus, Moto G5S, and the Moto G5S Plus.
