Furious UK-based shoppers took to Twitter to vent their anger over orders from big name companies including Next, Moonpig and Bloom & Wild that failed to live up to expectations. Some complained that the bouquets looked nothing like the ones ordered online. Others shared photos of flowers that looked wilted and past their best. Cards also proved problematic, with one woman revealing that her mother was sent a card signed by strangers.
