SIRAJGANJ, Feb 1, 2024 (BSS) - A woman and her daughter were killed as a passenger bus hit a CNG run auto rickshaw in Shahjadpur upazila of the district today. The deceased were identified as Mitu Sutradhor, 30, and her daughter Ichchamoni Sutradhor, 7. Officer-in-Charge of Hatikumrul Highway Thana M A Wadud said the accident occurred at around 11am in Madla area on Sirajganj-Pabna Highway. Mitu Sutradhor died on the spot while Ichchamoni breathed her last on the way to a hospital. Six others were injured in the accident.
