A Chinese mother-of-two has accidentally dropped her baby to death after allegedly losing her footing on an escalator at a shopping centre in southern China. She apparently lost her footing shortly after stepping onto the machine with her baby and her elder son. An insider told Guangdong Radio and Television Group that the woman had dropped the baby because she had failed to keep her balance. In the video, she can be seen stepping onto the escalator with her elder son by her side and her baby in her left arm. Staff at the shopping centre have reported halted and cordoned off the escalator.
