She grabbed Mr Kendall by the the throat and kicked out at him during the attack, which she unleashed despite her victim already having an injunction out against her for spitting in his face. Mr Kendall tried to calm her down but the attack continued and he was forced to dial 999 after being dragged around for about 10 minutes, saying: 'Something needs to happen because I'm going to lose my head with her. Police charged Beaumont with two separate assaults on Mr Kendall two weeks apart in October and November last year. The boy had been living with Mr Kendall who had obtained an injunction against Beaumont following allegations of another assault.
