SanctuaryGuitarist ‘Fast’ Eddie Clarke – known for his work with Motörhead and Fastway – has died at the age of 67. Sales of the band are likely to surge again on the tragic news. Clarke, who was being treated in hospital for pneumonia, died in his sleep, according to the band's manager. The U.K. Official Charts Company this this week revealed that 5 million Bowie records have been consumed in Britain in the exact two years since the singer-songwriter’s death. His top posthumous single sales were for “Heroes” – coincidentally later covered by Motörhead - then “Under Pressure” and “Life On Mars.”
