Kisumu Deputy Governor Ruth Odinga has said most county staff report to work when they expect her and the governor. Odinga said the launch of the Kisumu County Public Service Board 2015-19 Strategic Plan on Monday seeks to solve the problem and restore order. She urged the staffers to improve their work ethic.
