Dmitry Makarenko was held on December 29, just 24 hours after Marine veteran Paul Nicholas Whelan, 48, was arrested accused of participating in a 'spy mission'. Paul Whelan, the man arrested for espionage by Russia was supposedly there to attend a wedding.'
