Six people are believed to have died and estimates say up to 80 have been injured. Another official said as many as eight might have been killed, as the final death toll remains unclear. The train conductor is seriously hurt and some of the passengers have lost limbs,eyewitnesses told Morocco World News. Dramatic images show people crowded around outside the train which appears to be on its side, with bits of debris strewn across the tracks. Local websites had earlier said two trains collided but the official said one train had derailed.
