Under the MoU, HCL will invest in Morocco’s outsourcing, which includes coding, software and information technology. This investment will pave the way for job creation in the North African country.Outsourcing is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Morocco. The Moroccan Ministry of Industry recently stated that the country plans to invest $ five million in the outsourcing sector. The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) provide Moroccans and the government with a variety of opportunities. ICT facilitates the exchange of information between institutions, improves the efficiency of public services, and simplifies the administrative procedures of citizens.
