The country singer Morgan Wallen holds at No. 1 on the Billboard album chart for a second time with his streaming hit “Dangerous: The Double Album,” topping a slow week for music sales. Even with those reduced numbers, “Dangerous” had by far more streams in a week than any country album has had before. 11 at the end of last year; for much of that time, it has stayed comfortably in the Top 5. 3 with “The Good Times and the Bad Ones,” with the equivalent of 46,000 sales.
