[ Jenipher Wachie , Standard]More women than men tested positive for the coronavirus in Kenya in the last 24 hours. 464 females compared to 420 males tested positive, out of which was a 110-year-old person. These 884 people that tested positive from a sample size of 5,377 give a positivity rate of 16.4 per cent. Kenya's cumulative tests conducted so far since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in March last year to 1,468,835 and 130,214 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Eighty-nine patients have recovered, 57 from Home-Based Isolation and Care and 32 from various health facilities.
