MANILA, Philippines — Many residents in Sultan Kudarat received over 500,000 kilograms of rice, along with cash and food packs, from government. In a statement on Sunday, House Speaker Martin Romualdez said the packages were distributed through Cash and Rice Distribution Program (CARD) and Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair.
