Over hundreds of Mumbaikars have been allegedly conned of Rs 8.83 crores by a company called RK Interior under the pretext of giving a good return on investment. The accused have been identified as Raeesa Baig, Mustafa Baig, Nisha Khan and Tanveer Khan. Believing the so-called scheme, Shaikh invested over Rs 72 lakh in RK Interior in a span of 2013 to 2016 but to no avail. The FIR quoted, "104 people had invested Rs 11.65 crore in RK Interior, however, neither did Baig return the accumulated amount of Rs 8.83 crore and nor the profit margin." Four AbscondingThe four accused, identified as Raeesa Baig, Mustafa Baig, Nisha Khan and Tanveer Khan, are absconding.
