More storms on the way after California floods


SPOKANE, Wash.– A series of storms over the past three weeks are creating havoc across California, with more rain to come. UPDATED total precipitation for the series of atmospheric rivers that have affected California since December 26, a period of 16 days. In the past 16 days, several atmospheric rivers have dumped over half of the average yearly rainfall in some parts of California. In 2019, they revealed the Atmospheric River (AR) Scale. More storms are expected over the next seven days in Northern California, Oregon, Western Washington, and Coastal B.C.
