This event is an annual Masters Cross Country race held between England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales, bringing together top master athletes aged 35 and above. Each participating country holds their own trial race to determine their international team members and the rotation ensures each of the participating countries will host the event once every five years.
