"All of that moist, warm air from the Gulf of Mexico [will be] adding to a very wet Texas." (CNN) After the wettest month in Texas' history, June did not bring a reprieve from the rain. "Unfortunately, even more rain is on the way," CNN Meteorologist Allison Chinchar said. Hail, damaging 60-plus mph wind gusts and flooding are all possible in the coming days, according to the National Weather Service. A flash flood watch will be in effect for all of south-central Texas until Friday morning, the NWS said.
