He said investigators believe the evidence gathered so far is strong enough to support legal action, though more witness statements and details are still being pursued. Summonses have already been issued to three civilians, and the case is expected to be forwarded soon to the National Anti‑Corruption Commission (NACC). Pol Gen Surachate is accused of bribing an NACC commissioner in an attempt to interfere with investigations linked to online gambling cases. He said the delivery took place at the Southern Thai Association on Kanchanaphisek Road in Bangkok on Sept 1, 2024.
