Giavellotto was at the rear of the field and was the only runner to make up any worthwhile ground, being beaten a little over a length. I thought it was a good run but bit disappointing as it would have been a nice race to win. “We’re not taking credit away from the first two but we thought he was the best horse in the race. He never runs a bad race, he’s taken us around the world, been fourth in the Arc, won in Hong Kong and he just loves travelling. We could go back to Hong Kong for the race in May (Champions and Chater Cup).
