Regarding Mark Zuckerberg’s “The Facts About Facebook” (op-ed, Jan. 25): Mr. Zuckerberg’s brilliant success in building Facebook to its current state is unquestionable. However, his self-contradictory ideals call its path forward into question. On one hand, he claims a “world where everyone gets an opportunity to use their voice and an equal chance to be heard” is the “world we are building for every day.” On the other hand, he pledges to remove what Facebook deems “bad content” as quickly as his “people and artificial intelligence systems that we use to review it” are able.
