Environment Canada has issued a flash freeze warning for the Montreal area, as temperatures are forecast to fall by more than 10 degrees by tomorrow morning. Montgomery pointed out that there are many public institutions — 65 schools and four hospitals — in the borough, which have to be prioritized. Montreal's public transportation agency, the STM, is warning that riders should expect bus delays due to the difficult road conditions.
