On the second day of the monsoon season, light to moderate rainfall lashed various parts of the city on Saturday. Gulshan-e-Hadid recorded the highest rainfall of 17mm, contributing to a total of 31mm over the past two days. As the initial regular monsoon system made its way into Sindh in recent days, several areas of the city experienced scattered showers. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the highest temperature recorded during this period was 35.5 degrees Celsius. Monday’s weather in the city is predicted to feature partial cloud cover in some areas and complete cloud cover in others, with a possibility of light rain in the morning and evening.
