Monday is National Napping Day. Here's why catching a few winks is a healthy habit.

Did you know March 13 is National Napping Day in the United States? This day recognizes the importance of good sleep, and it always follows Daylight Savings Day. In 1999, William Anthony, a psychologist, instituted Nation Napping Day. A NASA-funded study on astronauts reported, “Naps up to two and a half hours long improved working memory performance.
