The Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) also declared an outbreak at Delilah's, a popular student bar formerly called The Barking Frog, after three staff members tested positive for COVID-19 at the Richmond Row establishment. The health unit says customers and patrons who visited the bar between Nov. 5 and 12 would have had low risk exposure to the virus. According to Huron Perth Public Health, there are 34 active cases among residents and 13 in staff. The London Health Science Centre (LHSC) reported Monday that eight inpatients have the virus. Police have not reported any fines and it's too early to say if they spread the virus.
