The foreign minister called upon German companies to invest in infrastructure, renewable energy and manufacturing sectors of Bangladesh, reports BSS. Momen assured full support of the government of Bangladesh in ensuring profitable investments by German companies. He explainedthe strong workforce will create a win-win situation for Bangladesh and the potential German investors. President of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) Dr Rubana Huq also participated at the meeting along with the foreign minister. The foreign minister also held a meeting with Member of German Federal Parliament and Chairman of the South-Asian Parliamentary Group Tobias Pflüger.
